The Selective Compatibility Assessment (SCA) is our internal vetting system. It is a proprietary, multi-factor evaluation that combines psychological metrics, business logic, and ethical reasoning to determine a company’s likelihood of performing at a high standard over time.

This system is grounded in real business intelligence. We blended timeless business principles with modern insights from personality science, decision-making, and company structure. Strong leaders know what to do, they lead.

The assessment includes, but are not limited to:

• Detailed intake questionnaire (business structure, leadership background, service track record)

• Timed knowledge and scenario-based evaluations

• Core compatibility testing (behavioral, ethical, and decision-making alignment)

• 15-minute interview with our assessment team

This is not a learning platform, it’s a test of instinctual knowledge. And it’s not for everyone.

What We Evaluate

We do not rate companies on flashy marketing or shallow metrics. Our evaluation considers, among other factors:

• Leadership psychology and decision-making patterns

• Structural business stability and service viability

• Ethical alignment and long-term client outcomes

• Historical performance and client relationship management

We make no guarantees. But we filter out the red flags most directories ignore.

Who Can Apply

We currently accept applications from U.S. companies in approved categories and U.S. states where space is available. All applicants must meet basic business requirements and demonstrate operational experience in their field.

Each category is capped. Once full, no further companies will be accepted until space opens.

• Private Network: This is a private platform, and inclusion is by invitation or approval only.

• Assessment Fee: The SCA is offered as a non-refundable service designed to evaluate eligibility for our platform. Completion does not guarantee approval or inclusion in our network.

• Non-Endorsement Clause: Acceptance into our network does not constitute a formal endorsement. Clients are advised to conduct their own due diligence before engaging any provider.

• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or remove any provider from the network for failure to maintain quality, integrity, or alignment with our standards.

• Confidentiality: All information submitted during the vetting process is treated as confidential and used solely for internal assessment purposes.
